We unofficially kicked off summer with our annual Kids Summer Extravaganza! The rain clouds were no match for our exhibitors' and volunteers' sunny spirit, welcoming nearly 180 families to shop for clothing and food, learn about community youth programs, and enjoy some fun activities and giveaways. We love seeing our partners come together for a successful day of fun!

Shop with Pride embodies our mission to help each individual feel seen and valued. This special boutique event for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults offers a welcoming space with access to clothing that expresses each shopper's unique identity, empowering her to forge her own path with confidence.

Thank you to Equality Loudoun for partnering with us in outreach and providing valuable support and resources for our community!

Our professionalism training series continued with a session by The Resilience Network, encouraging referral partners, volunteers, and staff members to make the leap From Awareness To Action. Attendees learned how we as service providers can best support our clients in ways that are mutually beneficial, fulfilling, and protective for all involved. Maximizing the quality and longevity of our care is always a win!

Back to School prep is in session! Help us inspire confidence in the classroom with new backpacks for students by:

• Dropping off donations

• Hosting a donation drive

• Shipping donations from any retailer to our address (20 Export Drive, Sterling, VA 20164)

LOOKING AHEAD

Kick your impact into high gear! Join us and Loudoun United FC for Her Nite to Unite on Saturday, July 19th, as the home team takes on the Oakland Roots. Proceeds from the game's ticket sales will benefit WGB, and our van will be at the game to collect clothing and backpack donations.

Kickoff is 7pm at Segra Field — we hope to see you there!

QTS returned to our warehouse with a HUGE team of volunteers for another Juneteeth Day of Service. They demonstrated their commitment to volunteerism by sorting donations and organizing the boutique, growing as a team while giving back to the community. As an added bonus, they renewed their annual sponsorship with a generous $10,000 donation!
