We had the honor of accepting a generous grant from 100WomenStrong, a diverse philanthropic group committed to improving quality of life for Loudoun County residents by supporting local nonprofits.

These funds will be instrumental in the expansion of our programs and services as we evolve with the community's needs.

LOOKING AHEAD

Our annual Shop with Pride event will be held on June 12th from 4-6pm. All LGBTQ+ youth and young adults (24 years old and under) are invited to shop for female gender affirming clothing at NO COST.

No registration or appointment necessary -- shoppers may come and go as they like.

Calling all graduating high school volunteers! We want to spotlight you and your accomplishments! If you would like to be included in our June newsletter and social media posts, please email [email protected] with the following details:

Your name
Your high school
Your plans for next year (college and major/field of interest, job, gap year, etc.)
A photo of yourself

Summer may just be getting started, but we are already gearing up for Back to School! Help us provide each school-aged child with a new backpack by:

Dropping of donations at our warehouse during donation days or depositing them in our blue donation bin
Hosting a donation drive by emailing [email protected]
Shipping donations to our address (20 Export Drive, Sterling, VA 20164) by shopping from any online retailer.

Backpacks should be new and empty (no need to fill with supplies). View guidelines here.

We'd like to give one more round of applause to all our 2023 Volunteer Award recipients whom we celebrated during Cinco -- thank you for going above and beyond in your dedication to serving others!

A special shout-out to Freddie Mac for their ongoing multi-faceted support -- in addition to joining us twice in May for group volunteer events, they have assembled Snack Packs and Toiletry Kits, and are holding a clothing and diaper drive on our behalf. They also participate in corporate match donations, so each employee's gift makes double the impact!
