We opened a brand new onsite Period Pantry sponsored by Junior League of Northern Virginia. Functioning like a Little Free Library, it will be open at all times for anyone to retrieve feminine hygiene products as needed, free of charge.
The Period Pantry can be found outside where we currently operate our Diaper Pantry. These supplies are another helpful step toward stability and independence for our clients starting anew. We are so grateful for JLNV's ongoing support of women's interests and wellbeing! |

This month we received a vanful of donations from Sherwin-Williams after they conducted a region-wide clothing drive on our behalf, collecting donations at all of their DMV area store locations. We especially appreciated the prom dresses! |

The Broadlands HOA hosted a Truck Show featuring local service vehicles, safety demos, and local vendors putting on a fun family event -- and luckily the temperamental April weather cooperated! Guests were encouraged to bring clothing donations to benefit WGB and they more than delivered, filling our van to the brim. It was fun connecting with community members, and we loved the event shirts too!
